There are two mes writing this blog, the first is the flesh and blood me, the other is my online persona, Katy.
Katy is slightly different than my real world persona. If you know my real world persona, she is constructing the blog, but she is not the personality who is writing the blog.
No, I am not schizophrenic, not any more than someone who has an avatar on an MMORPG like WoW or second life.
I have always had a fascination with my own identity. I keep looking for new words to describe it, and that is why I find the concept of cyborg to be so fascinating... it allows me to combine the flesh and blood persona with the internet persona of me, Katy.
